- Basics of the game
- Kill your target
- Take their target, as it is now your new target
- Continue until you are killed or are one of the final two
- Safe-zones:
- classrooms/ academic spaces (ex: library)
- rehearsal spaces*
- bathrooms (because, really give someone a little privacy...that said do not abuse this)
- the design studio in Lowe
- academic-related meeting spaces (ex: study group, group project work)*
- *it is not illegal to set up a mock meeting or rehearsal to lure in your victims. You cannot not however bust into a real meeting or rehearsal and kill your target.
- What constitutes a kill?
- A shot to the front or side of torso
- What does not constitute a kill?
- An active player or Spectrum E-Board member witnesses you killing your target
- Your target shoots at you in defense, allowing for a 15 minute grace period
- A shot to the face, leg, arm, back, or head (basically anywhere that is not the front or side of torso)
- A shot fired in a safe-zone
- A kill obtained using excessive force, i.e. forcing your way into someone's room/space (you have to be invited in)
- Anyone reported to be using excessive force or repeatedly disregarding the rules (i.e. killing in a safe-zone) to kill will be disqualified. This is a game dealing with paranoia, not pain.
- Be sure to have the name of your target on you at all times, so if you are killed you can pass on the name of your target/victim to your killer.
- If you are killed you must contact the coordinator to let him/her know you have been killed and who killed you.
- You may not use super-soakers or tricked-out water guns.
